Poster Presentation Guidelines
Overview
Participants in the poster session are required to:

Deliver an oral presentation of their work, and

Submit a scientific poster for inclusion in the Book of Abstracts.
The poster should present a clear, concise, and visually engaging summary of the research.
Poster Presentation Format
Each participant will be allocated:

10 minutes for the oral presentation

5 minutes for questions and discussion

Presentations should highlight the key aspects of the research and align with the submitted poster.

Orientation: Portrait (vertical)

File Format: PDF (high resolution)

Recommended Size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm) or A1 (594 × 841 mm)

Language: English

Important Notes

Please ensure that your poster is submitted before the conference deadline

You will be notified once your abstract has been accepted

Posters will be published in the Book of Abstracts

Posters must be original and not previously published

Ensure all content is accurate and carefully proofread

Posters that do not meet the guidelines may be returned for revision
