Abstract Submission Guidelines

Welcome

  • The scientific committee of the IPGG is pleased to invite you to submit your abstracts for participation in the conference. We look forward to receiving your contributions (oral presentation or poster).

Important Notes

  • We kindly ask all presenters to prepare their abstracts using the attached template. Adherence to the format is mandatory to ensure consistency across submissions. HYBERLINK

  • Abstracts that do not strictly adhere to the specified formatting and style guidelines will be immediately rejected without review.

Submission Guidelines

1. General Structure

Authors must prepare their abstracts using the following structure:

  • Title

  • Authors

  • Affiliations

  • Presenting Author

  • Abstract Body

  • Keywords

  • Short Bibliography (if applicable).

Authors and Affiliations

  • List all authors as: Author 1, Author 2, Author 3…

  • Author names should be written as:

  • First Name Middle Initial(s). Last Name

    • Example: Ahmed M. Hassan¹*, Sara K. Ali², David K. Miller3

  • Include full affiliations:​​

    • Department

    • Institution

    • City and country

Presenting Author

  1. The presenting author is marked with an asterisk (*).

  2. The presenter’s name is both bold and underlined.

  3. A valid email address is provided for correspondence.

Font Style and Formatting

  1. Font type: Times New Roman

  2. Font size:

  3. Title: 14 pt, bold

  4. Authors: 12 pt, bold

  5. Affiliations: 12 pt

  6. Abstract text: 12 pt

  7. Keywords: 12 pt

  8. Line spacing: Single spacing

  9. Alignment: Justified

  10. Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

  11. Scientific names must be italicized

  12. Ensure consistent formatting throughout
